Food that are Alkaline (Food List)

NOTE: Innerlight products are no longer available. But there are other, similiar products developed by Dr Young which you can find here.

The consumption of Food that are Alkaline has increased immensely over the past few years. This is hardly surprising, as by now most of us are aware of the extremely unhealthy impacts of processed (mass) food, fast food and low-nutrient food.

You ask yourself what the main advantage of Food that are Alkaline is? That's quite simple: it is free of industrially processed chemicals and preservative agents! They can decrease the functionality of our inner biological environment and may even unbalance the chemistry of our body fluids. The resulting pH change and weakening of our immune system increases the risk of getting sick and ill.

That is why we have to change from Acidic Food to Food that are Alkaline! Not tomorrow but today!
